Liverpool Concert- at Frontier Park- Meet at Weerts house at 6:00 we will car pool as parking is hard to find.  The concert starts at 7:00 we will need to stake our seats out early!  We can park one car at the Lewis house and walk over to the park.  You will need to bring blankets or chair to sit in, sack lunch and bug spray.  The concert should be over around 9:00. 
 
No later than the August 3rd meeting we need to know which of these events you will be attending:
 
VOA SUMMER BLAST EVENT- Saturday, August 7- 
5:00-10:00 at Camp Naish     Cost: $9.00
Bring Swim suit, towel and chair and clothes for later as it cools down!
If you can help with set up we need to be at Naish at 3:00 (we can carpool for this!)
 
Rotary Camp:  Thursday, August 12th-
We will meet at the Weerts house at 5:00 to head to Rotary.  If you cannot make it at 5:00 you will need to get your own ride.  Let Mrs. Weerts know and she can send directions.   Be sure to wear western gear.  I need a number of who is going by the next meeting to let the Rotary Camp staff know. 
 
Boating Campout- Saturday August 14-15th
 
Saturday,  August 14-  Meet at Weerts house at 7:00 to pack up to head to Melvern lake.  Cost $32.00.  We will be using the Church bus.  We will arrive back on Sunday at 11:00.  Be sure to bring stuff for lake to float on, sun screen, and appropriate swimming attire.  If you are interested in being the Grub master please contact Christine.
